SAU #45 has officially begun the search for our next Superintendent. Superintendent Andrew has announced his retirement at the end of the school year, and after eight years of dedicated service, he will certainly leave big shoes to fill.
The School Board has hired consultants from the New Hampshire School Boards Association to assist with this process and has formed a Superintendent Search Committee. This committee is reviewing the role of the Superintendent and working to identify the best candidate to support our students, staff, and community.
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all schools in the district, ensuring compliance with State of New Hampshire requirements, and carrying out the goals of the Moultonborough School Board. As part of this process, we are seeking your input on the strengths of the district, areas for growth, and the priorities you believe should guide our next Superintendent.
