Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Moultonborough Board of Selectmen in accordance with the provisions of N.H. RSA 40:14 at the Moultonborough Town Hall, Ernest Davis Meeting Room, 6 Holland Street, Moultonborough, N.H., on the 16th day of April 2024 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to allow public comment on a petition warrant article about the town voters’ consideration of adopting the provisions of RSA 40:13, commonly known as SB 2 official ballot voting. Any interested person may attend this public hearing and present testimony or make inquiries related thereto.
