Public Hearings Notice - Pursuant to RSA 41:14‑a
The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Moultonborough hereby gives notice that it will hold two (2) public hearings pursuant to RSA 41:14‑a regarding the potential acquisition of a building located at 81 Whittier Highway, Moultonborough, NH 03254.
First Public Hearing:
Date: Tuesday, January 13, 2026 (snow date of Thursday, January 15, 2026 IF needed)
Time: 5:00 pm
Location: Town Hall, 6 Holland Street, Moultonborough, NH 03254
Second Public Hearing:
Date: Friday, January 23, 2026 (snow date of Tuesday, January 27, 2026 IF needed)
Time: 5:00 pm
Location: Town Hall, 6 Holland Street, Moultonborough, NH 03254
The purpose of these hearings is to receive public comment on the proposed acquisition of the property located at 81 Whittier Highway.
Any interested person may submit written comments on this matter by email to the Town Administrator, Angela Bovill at abovill@moultonboroughnh.gov or by mail to P.O. Box 139, Moultonborough, N.H. 03254. Any interested person may attend this public hearing and present testimony or make inquiries related thereto.
