The Town of Moultonborough is actively seeking candidates to fill a full-time position for our Executive Administrative Assistant to the Administration office, to support the Board of Selectmen, Town Administrator and Finance Director. Responsibilities include a wide range of clerical functions with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software applications as needed. Attends Board of Selectmen evening meetings, take meeting minutes, posts to the Town website, and coordinates advertising. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with the public while representing the Selectmen and Town Administrator is a must. Municipal experience preferred.
Qualifications
High School graduate, (college degree is preferred), with specialized training in administrative skills and at least five years progressively responsible administrative experience or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities.
