The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of modern principles and practices of public personnel administration, including methods of recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, labor relations, legal compliance, training and development, employee relations, salary and benefit administration, workers' compensation, and record keeping for the Town of Moultonborough.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, social services, public administration, or related field required. Seven to ten years of progressively responsible related professional experience in human resources, preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Salary
The annual salary for this position is $69,087 to $93,749. Starting salary will be based on qualifications and prior experience.
