Office Clerk in the Tax Collector’s Office (12-15 hours/wk): Provides administrative support to the department, performs a wide variety of clerical functions including receiving, recording and reconciliation of funds, interface in writing, electronically, by phone or in person with the public and other related duties as requested by the Tax Collector or Deputy Tax Collector.
Minimum requirements: Must work Fridays, Associate Degree related to business, accounting or related field, two years of general office experience or the equivalent. Must be knowledgeable in basic word processing and spreadsheets, with strong multi-tasking and people skills.
