Moultonborough Welcomes New Code, Compliance and Health Officer

Select Board Chair Jean Beadle recently announced the hiring of Stefan Zalewski as the new Code, Compliance and Health Officer for the Town. Steve replaces long time CCH Officer Don Cahoon who retired in late May of this year. Steve comes to Moultonborough with many years of experience in residential and commercial construction, building codes, land use compliance and health areas in both the private and public sectors. Steve has an Associates degree in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute and the following professional Certifications: Fire Inspector I, International Code Council: Residential Building, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Inspector (2006 Code), OSHA 10 and a State of NH Master Electrician License. Steve comes to Moultonborough after fours years with the Town of Seabrook, NH as their Code, Compliance and Health Officer. Steve lives in Effingham and is working part time now and will be full time as of July 30th.
