As part of Moultonborough’s Housing Opportunity Planning (HOP) initiative, the Town partnered with RKG Associates to prepare a Housing Needs Assessment. This report provides an overview of the town’s current housing conditions, demographic trends, and affordability challenges. RKG presented their findings to the Planning Board on April 9, 2025 to help inform local housing strategies. The full report and presentation are available below:
