Beginning in July of 2024, applicants now need to make only one additional paper copy of the original application to file at the Town Clerk’s Office and must also provide the Town Clerk’s office with a digital copy of the application plus all attachments. You will file the original application with the State Wetlands office. There is no town filing fee, but there is a state application fee. The amount is given on the application.
We recommend emailing the digital copy of the wetlands application ahead of time to the Town Clerk’s office so we have it when the paper copies are submitted. This also notifies us that you are coming so we can let you know of any upcoming office closures before you make the drive.
