The Moultonborough Public Library offer physical materials such as books, audiobooks, DVDs, music CDs, magazines and newspapers. The Library also offers downloadable books through the NH Downloadable Book platform (OverDrive/Libby) and on Hoopla. To check out what the library has to offer, use the library's online catalog. The Library also has a "Library of Things" that may be reserved and borrowed with a valid library card. For example, we have: Ukulele, DVD player, telescope, USB turntable, cooking molds, and games (giant Connect Four, giant checkers, Slammo, and Bocce Ball). For a full list and to reserve something, use the Library of Things Reservation system. Through the NH State Library we also offer Interlibrary Loan, where patrons may ask to borrow an item from another library in the state.

The Library has high-speed internet access computers for both adults and children, as well as 24-hour wireless service available inside and outside the building. Patrons may print, scan and fax at the library (for a fee). We have three quiet study rooms that may be booked for individual or small groups. We also have a larger program room that local non-profit groups may reserve. Bookings are done online through our Meeting Room Reservation System.

The Library offers programs for all ages. The Children's Librarian offers weekly story times, and throughout the year provides special programs such as read-a-thons, movies, craft programs and seasonal events. There are also programs for tweens and teens, including innovative tech programs, games, and crafts. For the adults, there are book clubs, including a cookbook club, NH Humanities Council events, and technology classes. For a complete listing of what's happening at the library, check the online calendar.
